When do you process payments?

Payouts are done twice a month. We initiate processing on the 15th and the last day of each month. When the payment cycle begins, our finance team takes 2-4 business days to conduct a KYC check and process all payments.
Once your withdrawal is "Sent" – Payoneer will take 1-2 days to deliver the payment, PayPal within 2-3 days, while bank/wire transfer may take around 5 days.
